3. Orders and payments
You must review event, ticket, quantity, attendee, and price information before completing an order. Applicable fees and taxes are shown before payment. Payment processing may be provided by third-party gateways subject to their own terms.
4. Tickets and admission
Tickets and QR codes are intended for the authorized holder. Do not publicly share, duplicate, alter, or fraudulently resell them. Admission remains subject to the organizer’s published rules, safety requirements, age restrictions, and venue policies.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Cancellation, postponement, transfer, and refund eligibility depend on the event’s published policy and applicable law. Processing fees may be non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, automate abusive purchases, or infringe the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The website software, design, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Event names, images, and organizer materials remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, suspend, or modify features when reasonably necessary.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, organizer conduct, venue conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
